Fabiana Pereira joined the CPhA Board of Directors as an Individual Director in June 2019. She brings over 20 years of experience focused on digital transformation, innovation, growth strategy, customer experience, operations optimization, business development and executive coaching. Her experience spans large and high growth national and global companies, including household names such as LinkedIn, Coca Cola, BMW, Hilton Hotels, Air Miles, and more, with a track record of uncovering monetization opportunities, developing and delivering successful transformations and high-ROI business programs. Since 2017, Fabiana is a Digital Transformation lead for Accenture Interactive, where she leads a growing Health and Public Sector business. Prior to that, she ran her own boutique digital consulting agency. For the past several years, Fabiana has served as a mentor and pro-bono management consultant to animal rights and youth education non-profit organizations across Canada and the United States. Fabiana holds an MBA in Marketing and Analytics from IBMEC Sao Paulo, an MA in Cultural Studies from PUC-Rio, and a Ph.D. in Communications from Concordia University in Montreal.
