Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist-12 month position

As the Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist your work is paramount to the success of CPhA’s delivery of their evidence-based, Canadian drug and therapeutic information. You are both the frontline offence and critical defense to ensure that CPhA continues to deliver industry-leading, quality products that meet the needs of Canadian clinicians. Working closely with the Product Management team, your expertise from working in a pharmacy practice setting will provide invaluable insight to the current and future needs of healthcare practitioners with respect to clinical decision support tools at the point of care. The true measure of success for this role will be your attention to detail and ability to ensure the structural accuracy, completeness and integrity of clinical content published through all channels (print, online, mobile and integration).

Manager, Customer Service

Accountable to the VP Marketing, Sales & eCommerce, the Customer Service Manager leads and manages the customer service team as well as contribute to CPhA’s overall approach to providing a great customer experience and achieving revenue targets.
