Deb Saltmarche was elected Chair of the CPhA Board of Directors in 2026. She is a Past Chair of OPA and currently serves on the Board for the Canadian Foundation for Pharmacy. Deb thrives on engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders and building consensus around initiatives, approaches and solutions that accommodate and balance diverse perspectives, positions and interests. Since November 2011, she has been with Shoppers Drug Mart, where she currently holds the position of Senior Director, Professional Affairs with responsibilities for Ontario, National and Privacy. Deb is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds the ICD.D designation, which represents a lifelong commitment to excellence in the boardroom.
