Glen Doucet

Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of the Canadian Pharmacists Association (CPhA) Glen Doucet is responsible for advancing CPhA, on behalf of its Members and the profession, to be one of the most respected, influential and impactful associations in Canada. Glen has more than 26 years’ expertise in association management, government relations and strategic communications. Canadian Pharmacists Journal
Managing Editor Sherene Chen-See is the onsite lead for the team that publishes peer reviewed, clinical and research articles of interest to Canadian pharmacists. Established in 1868, CPJ is published six times a year.

Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer Rick Leach, CPA, CA, handles our financial planning, human resources, board affairs, information systems, technology infrastructure and building services management.

 
Sarah Jennings

Editor-in-Chief
Editor-in-Chief Sarah Jennings is responsible for drug and therapeutic content. She oversees a team of pharmacists and editors who produce monographs and therapeutic content aimed at supporting the provision of quality drug therapy for Canadians. The CPhA editors employ a rigorous review process to ensure that the information is accurate and unbiased. Content is extensively reviewed and validated by skilled CPhA clinical editors and by external reviewers who are recognized experts (physicians and pharmacists) in their particular clinical area.

 
Sadaf Faisal

Professional Affairs & Chief Pharmacist Officer
Vice President, Professional Affairs and Chief Pharmacist Officer (CPO) Dr. Sadaf Faisal leads CPhA’s Professional Affairs department, overseeing practice development and the creation of education and practice tools that support pharmacists in their evolving role within the health care system. As CPO, she serves as a key spokesperson for the association, representing the profession at conferences, in the media and with a range of stakeholders and decision-makers. Her team leads national initiatives that equip pharmacists with the tools and resources needed to navigate changes in practice and deliver high-quality care to Canadians.

 
Anu Sharda

Strategic Payor Partnerships
Vice President, Strategic Payor Partnerships Anu Sharda leads CPhA’s work to strengthen collaboration between pharmacy and payors across Canada, bringing together perspectives across insurers, pharmacy benefit managers, employers and pharmacy stakeholders to support more coordinated approaches to care. As the role of pharmacist continues to expand, this work focuses on improving how pharmacy services are supported and accessed across the broader health system, including simplifying processes, reducing administrative burden and enabling more consistent, patient-centered access to care.
