Pharmacists in this study demonstrated sincere interest in doing something in their pharmacy to address climate change, but lacked awareness, infrastructure, support and tools to do so, which diminished their self-confidence to actually see small, incremental, individual actions as meaningfully contributing to carbon reduction goals.
