Mentorship Resources

Mentorship is a journey of growth, learning and mutual support. As pharmacists, mentors have the opportunity to inspire and guide unlicensed International Pharmacy Graduates (IPGs). For mentees, this is a chance to gain invaluable insights and skills from experienced professionals. Our goal is to support your mentorship experience by providing tools and strategies to navigate challenges, offer constructive feedback and foster a strong, effective relationship. Together, we can achieve professional growth and success through collaboration and shared wisdom.

Mentorship Guidelines and Discussion Guide for Project participants

It is expected that all project participants review the following two key resources:

  • Mentorship Guidelines: These guidelines outline the principles, expectations, and best practices for mentors and mentees within the IPG Mentorship and Integration project.
  • Mentorship Discussion Guide: This resource contains sample questions to facilitate discussions between mentees and mentors within the IPG Mentorship and Integration project.
