IPG Integration Training

Videos coming soon!

Through IPG Integration Training, we’ll equip mentors, pharmacy owners and staff with insights into the challenges faced by IPGs throughout licensure and while integrating into the Canadian pharmacy workforce. By offering practical tools and strategies, the program aims to empower participants to actively address disparities and promote a culture of inclusivity and integration within the pharmacy environment.

Objectives

  • Increase awareness and understanding about the challenges faced by IPGs attempting to become licensed in Canada.
  • Foster an appreciation for the diverse skills, experiences and perspectives that IPGs bring, while supporting their adaptation to Canadian pharmacy practice.
  • Enhance participants' ability to mentor and guide IPGs effectively, addressing cultural, linguistic and professional integration challenges.
  • Empower participants to take proactive steps in fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace that promotes diversity and equity.
