Virtual Mentorship

One-on-one virtual mentoring is available for unlicensed IPG participants in the mid-to-later stages of licensure (e.g., those who have completed the PEBC Evaluating Exam and are preparing for the Qualifying Exam or licensing assessments) to help participants build their networks and obtain one-on-one support as they progress towards licensure and their careers as pharmacists in Canada.

This activity will cultivate mentorship relationships and assist IPG mentees in building their professional networks. Mentees will gain valuable insights and guidance on the licensure process, professional practice and diverse career pathways and opportunities in the field. Self-reflection and continuous professional growth will be nurtured through constructive feedback and collaborative goal setting, equipping mentees with the skills and confidence to thrive in their careers as licensed pharmacists in Canada.
