  1. How do I reset my shop.pharmacists.ca password?

IMPORTANT NOTE: The CPhA product website login is different than your CPS subscription login. Looking to reset your CPS password? Click here.

To reset your CPhA Community password, please follow the instructions below:

  1. From Pharmacists.ca click the Login / Register link from the top right-hand corner
  2. You are now re-directed to our login screen. For existing customers, click Forgot your username/password.
  3. Enter your email address and click Reset Password

  4. An email will be sent to your inbox with a link to reset the password. Once completed you are able to log into https://shop.pharmacists.ca. There, you will be able to access CPJ online articles and make purchases. Note: the reset password link is only active for 24 hours and can only be clicked once.
