Mentoring IPGs is meaningful because it offers the chance to support skilled professionals as they adapt to a new health-care system, cultural environment and career path. Small group sessions foster a collaborative environment that encourages shared learning, building community and collective growth. It’s especially rewarding when participants later express how the mentorship positively impacted their confidence and motivation. Witnessing their progress and success brings genuine fulfillment to the role of a mentor.
