Mentor Spotlight

We’re proud to recognize the amazing mentors who are at the heart of the IPG Mentorship and Integration project. These pharmacists share their time, knowledge and experience to support IPGs as they build skills, grow their confidence and work toward licensure in Canada. Their guidance makes a lasting difference in the lives of the IPGs they support and in the future of the profession.

"What makes this mentorship meaningful is watching people go from self-doubt to self-trust. To see the light turn on when someone realizes, “I belong here too.” If I could tell every IPG one thing, it would be this: You’re not starting over — you’re starting stronger."
