What can I expect with this program?

Replenish Rx is an evidence-based, 8-week program and is accredited for 8 CEUs. Through eight self-paced online modules, learners build practical skills to manage professional stress, reduce burnout risk, and support long-term well-being.

Here’s what you’ll explore each week inside Replenish Rx:

  • Introduction: Discover why cultivating resilience is essential in healthcare.
  • Week 1: Mastering Attention and Focus – Discover how to shift your focus intentionally, so you can fuel positive emotions, feel more in control, and feel less reactive during your workday.
  • Week 2: The Power of Thoughts – Transform unhelpful thoughts into empowering ones, reframing challenges as opportunities for growth and resilience, so you can stay grounded in high-pressure environments and adapt to the frequent changes of your profession.
  • Week 3: Focus on What You Can Control – Identify where your energy is best spent, let go of what’s outside your control to prevent energy drain, and respond to challenges with intention rather than frustration.
  • Week 4: Reconnect to Your Body’s Wisdom – Recognize early signs of exhaustion and stress before it turns into burnout, and restore balance through mindful, restorative practices.
  • Week 5: Nurture Your Nervous System – Learn simple, science-backed tools to calm your stress response, so you can stop living in survival mode and start thriving with ease.
  • Week 6: Embracing self-compassion – Support performance without self-criticism and self-judgment. Learn to navigate mistakes, uncertainty, and pressure with greater confidence and emotional resilience. Reduce emotional exhaustion while maintaining professional standards.
  • Week 7: Fill Up Your Cup and Reconnect to Joy – Align daily actions with your values, rediscover joy, and create sustainable practices that replenish your energy. It's much easier to give and to bounce back from stress when your cup is full.
  • Week 8: Integration – Design a personalized resilience plan to sustain your progress and thrive long after the program ends.

"This is an excellent program. The course gives the participant effective tools to better manage living and coping. You become aware of your responses to work and life events or issues, and rather than just reacting to whatever comes in the moment, it provides you the tools to be able to jump out, step back, reflect, assess, adjust, change course, realign to your core values and then to respond a much more manageable way. The tools are ones you will use for life and will help you cope more effectively."
