Major updates

• Acute Stroke: Added new information regarding tenecteplase as an off-label alternative to alteplase; added tenecteplase to drug table.
• Diabetic Foot Infections: Routine review.

Minor updates

The following content has been reviewed to ensure that it is current:

• Obesity: Added information about tirzepatide.
• Schizophrenia and Related Psychotic Disorders: Added information about newer long-acting antipsychotics.
• Lyme Disease: Added new illustrations of black-legged ticks; expanded information on tick feeding cycle and disease transmission.
• Hypercalcemia: Routine review; updated caution with denosumab in patients with reduced kidney function.
• Burns: Updated language to meet DEI standards.
• Insect Bites and Stings: Routine review.

The following drug monographs were recently added:
