CPhA Board of Directors announce new Interim CEO
The CPhA Board of Directors regrets to announce today the departure of Perry Eisenschmid, CEO of the Canadian Pharmacists Association. Perry has led CPhA with dedication since June 2013 and we are grateful for his many contributions. The Board thanks Perry for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
The Board is pleased to announce that Glen Doucet, current CPhA Vice-President of Public and Professional Affairs, will assume the role of Interim CEO. Glen has been with CPhA as Vice-President of Public and Professional Affairs since October 2014. Prior to joining CPhA, Glen was the Executive Director of a national industry association and he has more than 20 years of expertise in senior executive positions with other leading national health and industry organizations.
The Board will undertake a search for a new CEO in the new year.
