When to Ask Permission
Generally, permission is necessary if you are using CPhA material in reproductions, adaptations or derivations, translations, electronic or print versions.
Permission Requests
To request permission to use CPhA material, print out and complete the Permission Request form, and return it by email to permissions@pharmacists.ca.
Trademarks
The names "Canadian Pharmacists Association" (CPhA), "Association des pharmaciens du Canada", (APhC), and its logo are trademarks of the Canadian Pharmacists Association. These marks may not be used without the express written permission of CPhA.
