CPhA releases template legislation calling for regulation of insurer practices
In early September, CPhA released template legislation aimed at regulating the practices of pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and insurers, proposing measures to protect patient choice, reduce administrative burdens and ensure fair audits. CPhA is urging governments to act now to ensure pharmacists can focus on what matters most—patient care.
