US tariffs and drug supply: June survey

New in CPJ: Updated guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension
Diagnostic recommendations from Hypertension Canada include standardizing the measurement of blood pressure (BP) and defining hypertension as BP ≥ 130/80 mmHg. Treatment recommendations provide stepwise guidance on optimal medication choices for patients requiring pharmacotherapy.

Survey: Perceptions Among Health Professionals on Adult Vaccination Programs in Canada
A nation-wide team of investigators is seeking pharmacists to participate in a research study about adult vaccination programs and coverage in Canada. This 15-20 minute survey is designed to gather insights on the state of adult immunization in Canada, perceived barriers to improving vaccine uptake and the potential value of a simplified life-course vaccination schedule. Survey deadline is July 19.
