 The Canadian Pharmacists Association (CPhA) today reacted favourably to the federal government’s new proposed patient safety legislation, the “Protecting Canadians from Unsafe Drugs Act,” that would give stronger recall powers to the federal government for unsafe products, and that would require reporting of serious adverse drug reactions.
