ADAPT Self-Assessment
Pharmacists must complete the online prerequisite and self assessment "An introduction to primary health care – is ADAPT right for me?" before registering for the ADAPT online course.
There are two components to this step:
Watch and participate in an interactive presentation. The presentation and related activities will take approximately one hour. This CE component is free of charge, and open to all pharmacists. Accredited under program number 02CPhA2003-1003 for 1.0 CEUs.
Complete a short self-assessment quiz. This will help you determine if you are ready to take the ADAPT course, and if it is right for you.
