ATTENTION e-CPS SUBSCRIBERS!

As of Saturday, October 28, 2006 the url for e-CPS has changed.

If you access e-CPS by manual login (i.e. keying in a username and password), you can go directly to the new login page and bookmark it for future use.  The new url is https://www.e-therapeutics.ca.

If you access e-CPS by clicking on a desktop icon or a web link, then you are using an automatic login script or an encrypted login file.   Please contact the person in your organization that is responsible for maintaining your online subscription for further assistance.

If you are the contact person responsible for maintaining your organization's subscription, refer to the solution below that corresponds to your setup.

1. If you use an automatic login script to access e-CPS, you must update your login script.   Please go to our FAQ page to obtain an updated template for the automatic login file and follow the instructions provided there.
2. If you use an encrypted login file you should have already received an updated version of your organization's encrypted login file(s).  These were e-mailed out on October 25, 2006.   If you did not receive it (them), please contact the Customer Service desk at 613-523-7877 or 1-800-917-9489 or by email at support@pharmacists.ca.
3. If you use EZproxy to access e-CPS, you must re-configure your ezproxy.cfg file.   Please go to our FAQ page to obtain information on the configuration of EZproxy with the new url.
