Developed by CPhA in conjunction with VON Canada and the Canadian Healthcare Association/Canadian Association for Community Care, this guide will help a caregiver spot problems with the person for whom they provide care. The Guide is easy to read and follow. A workshop for caregivers can accompany the Guide. Contact VON for a facilitator in your region.
