Practice Resources: Kids and Medicine (en français)
The Canadian Pharmacists Association is proud to present Kids and Medicine, a program designed to help pharmacists and pharmacy students promote the safe use of medications and the role of the pharmacist to children in Kindergarten to Grade 3.
Launched as one of CPhA’s centennial legacy projects and made possible through unrestricted educational grants from Pfizer and Scotiabank, Kids and Medicine has been custom designed for young audiences and tested with teachers, students and pharmacists across the country.
The program consists of:
- A guide book featuring lesson plans and demos
- Full-colour posters to use in the classroom
- Colouring books and pamphlets for students to take home
