Ad Hoc Committees

From time to time, the Board will establish ad hoc committees or task forces to address an issue on its behalf. The committee is composed of a chair and other appointed members as may be required. The committee will include at least one Board member who shall serve as a link between the committee and the Board. The President shall serve as an ex-officio member.
