CPhA members elect a Board of Directors to manage the affairs of the Association.

The Board is composed of an Executive Committee and one member from each province (where there are more than 2,000 active members, an additional representative is elected) as well as members representing academia, hospital pharmacists, corporate and consultant pharmacists, pharmacy students and new practitioners. The Executive Committee consists of the President, President-Elect, Past President and three Vice-Presidents (6 members). CPhA's Executive Director sits on the Executive Committee and Board as a nonvoting member.
