Throughout 2009, the Canadian Pharmacists Association concentrated on securing the base, stepping forward and shaping the future of pharmacy. In the midst of a global economic downturn, a worldwide H1N1 pandemic and increasing demands on the health care system, 2009 was a successful year for CPhA as we continued to support pharmacists across Canada by providing knowledge, advocacy and leadership to our members and the profession of pharmacy. As your national voluntary organization, CPhA remains uniquely positioned to lead the profession through these challenging times.
