Your annual CPhA membership is based on the anniversary date of joining the Association. Membership renewal notices are sent automatically each year to all members, so please help us keep your contact information up to date by contacting Customer Service with any new or changed information or by updating your profile online. If you use our monthly preauthorized payment plan, we will renew your membership automatically, unless you inform us otherwise.
