ADAPT Patient Care Skills Development Program
Transform your ability to manage your patients’ medication therapy with ADAPT, an innovative, award-winning, certificate-level, skills development program. ADAPT participants will trial new skills in practical real-world settings, supported by continuous assessment, feedback and mentoring by peers and trained moderators. The ADAPT program is now offered as four shorter, more accessible courses.
